Galesville Elementary had its first of many GE Reads! event where students venture around the building from reader to reader. This month we featured Native American authors, books about harvest time, and so much more. We threw in some books about belly buttons and other super silly topics. In future months we will be hosting readers from all over the community. We had very happy readers at GE today. #galesvillepride

This week, a few third-grade students from our district had an amazing opportunity to participate in Problem Solving Day at Blair Taylor Schools! 🧩✨ They worked hard to tackle challenges, think critically, and collaborate with peers from other schools.

Our third graders have been hard at work sharpening their map skills!
Learning these essential skills helps build spatial awareness, critical thinking, and a sense of adventure. Who knows? We may have some future world travelers or cartographers in our classrooms! 🌟 Way to go, third grade! Keep making learning an adventure! #galesvillepride

Galesville Elementary came together to support our local G-E-T Food Pantry! 🥫🍎 With shelves in need of re-stocking, we’re encouraging our families to help make a difference.
Every donation counts and directly benefits families in our community. If you’d like to contribute beyond this drive, the G-E-T Food Pantry is always grateful for support! You can reach them through the Galesville Presbyterian Church for more information. Special thanks to Jake's Moving for helping us transport our collection. #galesvillepride
