The G-E-T School District has three fantastic events coming up for our youngest learners (ages 0-5) and their families! Mark your calendars for these opportunities to play, learn, and prepare for the 2026-2027 school year.
1. 📝 Full-Day 4K Registration ('26-'27)
Officially enroll your child for full-day 4K for the upcoming school year. Registration forms available NOW!
Target Audience: Families with children turning 4 by 9/1/26.
Dates & Locations:
January 27: Galesville Elementary and Ettrick Elementary - 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
February 3: Trempealeau Elementary- 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
Next Steps: Complete the Intent to Register form online: https://getschools.powerschool.com/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=3523272&request_locale=en_US, access the parent portal to complete additional forms, and bring your child's birth certificate and proof of residency to the event.
2. 🎈 Bright Beginnings Family Fair!
Join us for a fun night of play and learning! Rotate through interactive stations focused on books, communication, screen-wise tips, and more.
Dinner and snacks are provided and you'll even get take-home activities!
Target Audience: Families with young children (ages 0-5); siblings are welcome!
When: February 10, 2026 | 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
Where: Galesville Elementary School

3. 🧸 Child Development Screening
Gain valuable knowledge of your child’s development through a 30-minute play-based screening. This includes vision and hearing screenings and access to community resources.
Target Audience: All children ages 3-5 not currently enrolled at G-E-T
When: February 26, 2026
Where: Trempealeau Elementary
